The open kitchen is professionally vented with a German Krueger air handling system. The power supply features it's own transformer on 380V/3P/50kVa with a digital meter allowing lower evening/weekend power rates. Private deep water and water storage tanks are in situ. The Restaurant in it's present concept operates with a staff of eight (four kitchen and four service/back office). All necessary licenses, permits and VAT registration are valid along with a WiFi and a high speed internet hook up to ensure external software support or remote product updates. CRM is ensured with direct email as well as SMS software which allows direct and cost effective communication to a large customer base divided into German and English languages. A competitive suppliers database is included in the sale. There are male and female restrooms and a staff room with it's own shower /toilet. The Restaurant moved to the present premises in December 2007.
